I’ve never seen their face,
somehow they control the human-race,
When you understand that life experiences are so precious and gratitude is all you are left with, you free yourself from the stress you were wrestling with.
An abusive experience scars our psyche. Can poetry heal it ?
I know now why I can never grow old.
I’m stuck,
I’m in a world of violence
I’m mad as the maddest hatter,
bat as the battiest, batter.
The scar on your flesh,
that shape of your chest,
that sway of your dress.
When you are inspired by the art that people make, honour them.
It seems being heart broken is the easiest thing to write about. This was a long time ago, but when you read it, it transports you back to the very moment the feelings occurred. Looking back on it now you can realize that it was all necessary to create the person you are today.
Have you Reset?
I’ve tasted your vengeance,
I’ve known your rage.
I’ve heard your passion,
We search the deep, caves and oceans, skies and space.
Unventured plains, uncharted sands.
Trouble seemed so far away, you changed that right away.
