You will lose and here is the reason why. You didn’t take the time to help the people who are your direct partners. You didn’t ask how you could help them in any way. You didn’t take the time to find out if your vision or missions align.

If the people you will be spending time with building your business or taking your venture to the next level are not important enough for you to want to help, how far do you think you will be able to take your mission?

The people matter. The people you communicate with on a daily, matter. Take a minute and re-evaluate how you manage your methods of collaborative efforts. Take a minute to assess your approach to partnerships.
