Great Leaders Share Power They Do Not Hold On To It

Leadership is not simply a destination. It involves creating targets, and achieving, then creating more.

What we have come to discover is that it can be a daunting task, especially when you are dealing with a group of people from varying background and cultures.

How can we simplify the burdens of leadership? The answer may seem simple however, as the saying goes, it is easier said than done.

The stresses that come from leadership can run its toll for those that are unprepared. Younger leaders tend to be victims of the stresses as they haven’t experienced the variables that occur during leadership. Older leaders have understood that in order to be successful you don’t have to have all of the answers, and you definitely don’t have to make all the decisions yourself.
