Is There A Way To Be Happy All The Time?

Often used to describe a positive mental and emotional state of being, ranging from contentment to intense joy.

What if we could feel intense joy at all time? Could you imagine what life would be like? In theory it seems like the ideal state of being.

However, in practice, happiness would lose its value. You wouldn’t able to tell the difference between contentment and intense joy. Every day, every moment, would be happy. There would be no saddness therefore, you could not have an experience that would allow you to know any different.

So, is there a way to feel happy all the time?
