Feeling defeated? Venting could be one of the best remedies to stress.
However, not everyone vents, or at least, we think that not everyone vents out-loud.

So, what is the best way to deal with your stress?
We are going to give you our honest opinion…
There is not a one size fits all. You talk with someone and vent out your issues, whether it is with the person you are having the issues with or with someone else that can help you by listening and, or, providing some form of feedback. If you’re the self solver kind here are a list of a few common routines that most people try:

• Exercise
• Meditation
• Music
• Reading
• Sex
• Chores
• Eating
