Conflict In Teams Builds Better Productivity

When it comes to efficiency, one would think that the abscence of arguments would mean there is great productivity and success in a group.

According to Mark Fritz, and his book Lead & Influence, there is actually better productivity and trust in a group that openly shares their feelings and thoughts on their mind; even if it creates a heated atmosphere.

Our understanding is that there is more to it than just unleashing all of the baggage you are carrying around in terms of how you are feeling towards your colleagues. We believe that there needs to be a strong desire to want to cooperate and achieve team goals as well, in order for there to be an open floor to release the tensions about your work-mates, and move on in order to achieve collaborative results.
