Shadows On The Wall

It crawls, it has no face,
I know its there.
I reminisce, I can’t do well.

My mind is heavy,
My thoughts are the weight.
My shoulders are Atlas,
My chest is Zeus,
My legs are Titans.

I still can’t run away.
Life is funny,
no joke.

Themes overplayed,
songs don’t repeat.
Shadows on the wall,
pained windows are unique.
Gratification you seek.

Satisfaction guaranteed.
Do you see it yet?
I’m a freak!

A monster underneath.
Filthy, disgusting daemon.
Where is Frankenstein?
It’s him I search.
Create me a companion,

The love I deserve.
