Remember The Love.

I write my thoughts,
I’m afraid that if I speak them you will not hear me.
That you will not understand me,
my dear sweet,
lovely enchanting…
I forget sometimes, your name.

I remember the love,
the moments we held each other,
adoring each other.
The sweet tender caress of your lips,
right next to mine and the alluring taste of s’mores.
Camp fires will never be the same,
hot chocolate on a cold winters day.
It’s only your smile and your warm eyes that melt the ice away.

Let’s lay here for a while longer,
talk about the stars,
the moon.
In a cold world,
our souls make living warmer.

You fit so perfectly in my arms,
my dear sweet,
lovely enchanting…
I forget sometimes, your name.
So…

I write my thoughts,
because I am afraid that if I speak them you will not hear me.
That you will not understand me.
Understand me,
when I say that I remember the love
